Due to severe weather conditions and heavy fog in northern China,severe congestion has occured in major seaports in Shanghai, Qingdao and Ningbo.
Europe and the Far East are affected worst. Problems for delays and rising costs are expected to exist until mid May.Especially the capacity of ships sailing eastward is decreasing which will aggravate the situation.
