DNY123 learned that the warehousing and distribution service that Tokopedia announced was renamed Dilayani Tokopedia from TokoCabang.
Erwin Dwi Saputra, vice president of implementation at Tokopedia, said that Dilayani Tokopedia provides comprehensive assistance to sellers, dealing with issues including receiving, packaging, sending product orders, and after-sales.
Using Tokopedia’s warehousing and distribution services also helped boost sellers’ sales, Erwin said, with data showing that the average transaction volume of sellers using the service nearly tripled compared to before.
Transactions on other Tokopedia warehousing and distribution services surged nearly fourfold compared to last year. Today, Tokopedia has warehouses in Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Makassar, Medan and Barum, and will continue to expand in other cities.
